• IP address and approximate location derived from IP.

• Provide, maintain, and improve Elli and related features.
• Personalize your experience and respond to your requests.
• Send important service-related communications.
• Protect the security and integrity of our services.

We use trusted subprocessors to operate our services. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations:

• Supabase (database hosting and authentication).
• Twilio (WhatsApp messaging delivery).
• Microsoft Azure (cloud infrastructure and storage).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with subprocessors and service providers as described above, or when required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days and remove it from backups within 90 days, unless we must keep it longer to comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.

Elli is intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
