Elli provides informational support for tracking and organization only and is not a medical device. Do not rely on Elli for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Elli is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
